Freshwash Terms & Conditions
Delivery Timelines & Charges
- Laundry deliveries will be made in 72 Hours.
- Dry Cleaning garments will be delivered in 120 Hours.
- Urgent delivery of garments will be charged @ 50% Extra.
- For Free Pick up & Delivery, laundry orders must be 6 KG or more.
- We make every effort to deliver clothes on time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, if a delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated on the revised delivery times.
Customer Responsibilities & Liability
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for fastness/running of color/shrinkage/damage to embellishments/embroidery work on the garments during the cleaning process.
- Every effort is made to remove stains, but Freshwash will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains.
- All articles are accepted at the customer's risk.
- We will not be responsible for the upkeep of garments if they are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery.
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary, or other external causes.
Pricing & Processing
- The tariff for garments will be decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity of the garments. The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal.
- We will undertake the cleaning of garments in the best possible manner that our technicians deem fit. The cleaning methods deployed may vary, including Wash in Emulsifier, Detergent and Softeners, Soft wash for delicate garments, and technologies like Perchloroethylene, and Hydro Carbon.
- Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city.
General
- We are digitally active on all social media platforms.
- We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts relevant to the location of the service delivery.
Freshwash Privacy Policy
Freshwash uses and protects all private information that it collects from its customers through sources such as Customer registration at the store, Mobile application, or through its Call center.
Consent and Usage
Any information shared by users is used with consent for the fixed purpose. By submitting your personal information, you expressly consent in unequivocal terms that the same can be used in the manner deemed fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances.
We use this information to give you customized services, including:
- Informing you about the status of your order.
- Sharing new and attractive services that we introduce.
- Sharing offers and packages.
- Conducting research to get feedback from you on our services.

Freshwash Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program
This program protects customers against any damage or loss during the processing of an item.
Coverage & Refund
- Get up to 5 times of the order value of an item as a refund in case of any damage or loss of the article. In case of a refund, the item under dispute will be confiscated by the company.
- Get free re-processing in case of a processing quality issue.
Claim Process
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
- All damages, loss, or quality issues must be reported within 7 Days of delivery. Any complaints received after 7 days of delivery will be null and void and will not be covered under this program.
General
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts relevant to the location of the service delivery.
